Good pan. Been using it for 6 months now. I would've liked to see a Nickel-Free option, but still, it's much better than toxic non-stick pans. You have to tighten the screw connecting the handle to the lid sometimes. Also seems like the steel rim doesn't completely seal closed with the rim of the lid, but maybe that's intentional, or else it would become a pressure cooker. Overall, pretty happy with it.

Stainless Steel is one of the few best option for induction heating (apart from Cast Iron). Teflon/Non-Stick, Aluminium, Copper all leach chemicals. That's the motivation for me to get this. And it's really worth it. Safe, Sturdy, Easy to Clean, Cooks well. My only criticism is it's height is too short that I can't cook more volume of food. And while saute-ing, food easily escapes from the pan (maybe that's because I'm not very skilled at it). Regarding the quality, no eyebrows raised.

The pan is little on heavy side. But its extremely Sturdy, even distribution of heat. Equal to non stick. Use it in Medium flame. Quick cooking. Very easy to clean. For Tuff grease I soak it for a couple of minutes in little Soap solution and then with no efforts it cleans quickly and neat.Absolutely recommend it. A must buy for all household.New vessel Suggestion.When you receive it. Clean it with Soap solution and after dry, apply oil over it and leave it until the next use. This Procedure can be done once.
