Not useful for frying as the depth is not enough. If they increased the depth by another 1 inch then this will be a good product. The existing depth is not enough to fry even a small qty

I have been trying to change all my old steel utensils in kitchen with good 304 grade stainless steel and triply utensils. Hawkins as a brand has impressed me. I am already using a 2-liter triply pressure cooker since 4 years. The quality of steel and the shine of the triply pressure cooker is the same with so many years of usage. So I was confident about the quality of Hawkins products. The pan also is quite sturdy. A better and healthy option for nonstick products.
