I bought this product in May 2021. For a year, it worked well and then started showing signs of degradation - the non-stick coating has started to come off from the center. It's no longer non-stick and I worry that the coating gets mixed into the food.I had taken utmost care and used only silicon spatulas while cooking, used a sponge and hot soapy water to clean, season it before cooking, and never stacked it with other pans to avoid scratching. I don't know what else could I have done to improve its longevity.I expected much better from Hawkins!
