Have been using it since few months and very much satisfied.I have done some research before buying it as i am not in favour of using non stick kitchen items due to its harmful effects on health. The diameter they mention in the description is of the rim and not of the base. I ordered the 18 cms one, which was approx 15 cms at the base.I suggest to order one size up than your needs, otherwise you will be pretty surprised when you receive the pan.
