I love this tawa. Have used it to make omelets, sunny side over eggs, pancakes, toast bread, and cook ready to cook chicken. It is non-stick, not heavy and easy to clean. Quality also feels premium and not run of the mill item.Only issue is the wooden spatula provided is not sharp and therefore flipping omelets a little challenge and would tempt one to use a metal spatula thereby damaging the coating.
