Oil and spices-mixed water easily gets inside the rim of the lid, and cannot be cleaned. One can see in the photos attached, in particular the last two of them, where I have taken close-ups of the rim of the lid, how oil-mixed water enters and gets stuck inside.

From childhood I have been seeing Hawkins aluminum products are the king of kitchen. This company is maintaining their superiority in the market without much advertisement because of their trustworthy quality.As usual this product is also no different. Robust in quality and fantastic in finish. Does its job very well, rather I should say better than nonstick pans. Takes very little oil to seasoned and food does not even sticks to it. Price is little on the higher side but let assured you, if spend a bit little on this product it will give you life time support. That’s Hawkins. Recommended product.

I'm writing dis after using 4 months it's an amazing frying pan though it's not nonstick but it's works as non stick just Greece some oil and rub it and pour some more oil and cook in it ur non stick pan is ready

When measuring. Please measure the bottom. I measured the top The bottom is less than the top rim.Unfortunately ended up buying a smaller one Than I thought.

It’s a small, easy to go fry pan. Good for reheating, frying of little quantities. Not tried to make egg yet. But if egg comes out well, then this is an easy option for a single or double omelette.. since it is not nonstick , food will stick to bottom. But not hard to remove. Have to be careful not to overheat as it gets heated up faster. Best one for bachelors

Even if for medium size it's so heavy that it tends to twist my wrist. Large size pan will be unimaginable. Why it has to be so bulky when it only performs mere vegetable frying .

Not very happy....difficulty in cleaning as it does not appear to be the non stick that I expected. Have not used it beyond a couple of times
