This product is not non stick. You can't make practically anything on this. Can't even stir fry veggies or paratha nothing.I believe it's a duplicate product. I have other frying pans which are less than half this price but and the perform much better than this. I regret buying this product

Best quality product by Hawkins. It's easy to clean, sturdy and durable. Looks very premium. Though it's not a nonstick item, food doesn't stick to the pan and metal ladles can be used with it which is a great advantage of this product. It also comes with a stainless steel lid. Hawkins also provides a 5year guaranty on its products, but the buyer have to register the product within 15 days of purchase in the company's website with the guaranty card number provided with the product. More over I love this product and recommend to buy.
