I bought this for my mother' anniversary... She was very happy to see that... She told me that the product is very good. Quality and look wise also is too good. The handle quality is better than any other non stick. Size is also good. 1.5kg to 2 kg chicken can be cooked easily.. But it is too heavy. Because of that it can be tough to Clean..

sticking every single food at the bottom of this kadai during cooking even after used a good amount of oil and water. Very difficult to cook and you need to keep a close eye on it. Apart from this, experienced horrible customer service they don't even want listen my problem. They said "aapko khana banana nehi aata usi liye stick ho raha hai, hum aapka koi v madat nehi kar sakte."

I have been using Prestige products majorly since last 6 years except 2-3 new products of Hawkins. I must say there is a daylight of difference between the two brands when it comes to quality. The sheer weight of this kadhai speaks volumes of the quality of material. I would not comment further as I bought this only a few weeks ago but it surely looks promising.
