My review after a month of using it.First of all this is not a non stick product. If ur looking for nonstick thereis a same model one available pls go for it.It’s of the right size, sturdy material and great build. Comes with a flat bottom and perfect for deep frying, puris vadas etc.Perfect for ur curries and stir frying of certain vegetables too.But it’s a big no for stir frying the following:Potato friesLady’s finger stir fryUpma and even poha.It will definitely stick. For these a nonstick kadai is better anyway.The price is definitely on the higher side but it makes for the unique design, quality and build. It’s of good thickness neither too heavy nor flimsy like cheap nonstick pans.Hope it comes by for quite a good period of time.

This hard anodized kadai is always better than non-stick kadai in the market. Because of its flat bottom for Induction cooking purposes, you have to pour more oil on it than round bottom kadai for frying and cooking. But hard anodized cookware whether it is flat bottom or round bottom is always better than non-stick cookware according to me. Yes, you have put some pressure to clean it with vim gel and scotch brite.

Dislike - Nothing. Can't even dislike the product if anyone is giving me some money????
