As it's Hawkins, you can't really question about the quality, it's top notch. It has all the checkpoint you can ask for. Only one thing, had the handle been a bit longer, you couldn't have a single point of concern. Still, it's worth every penny and you can go for it blindfolded.

I have tried everything possible to fry in this pan. Everything gets stuck to the bottom. Yes it is easy to clean it after the food is burnt. No burnt food will be difficult to remove should be their caption. It is by no means non stick.

Food sticks quite easily and the gloss disappears after a few washing. If this is truly non-toxic then at least that part is good. If you're planning to fry fish on this then I wish you good luck. It is however, slick, small and useful to fry/cook various other things and the handle is made in a way so that your hands do not get burnt.

Best quality product by Hawkins. It's easy to clean, sturdy and durable. Looks very premium. Though it's not a nonstick item, food doesn't stick to the pan and metal ladles can be used with it which is a great advantage of this product. It also comes with a stainless steel lid. Hawkins also provides a 5year guaranty on its products, but the buyer have to register the product within 15 days of purchase in the company's website with the guaranty card number provided with the product. More over I love this product and recommend to buy.

It's my fault for not checking it but this is quite small and maybe good for single person. If you try to cook more, it will spill out.

Solid build but expensive. Remember this is not non stick. So you will have issue in cooking Dosa etc. Also you will need to use more oil to avoid sticking issue. I will prefer stainless steel over hard anodised for future purchase. You get stainless steel utensils at better price in local market.
