The good :- The Product is very solid built , nice finish , the depth could have been better . The bad:- But the most important factor that makes this product utter waste of money is That food sticks and its sticks really bad . I mostly cook eggs , I have tried all kind of tips from online and within the document they provide . I have tried less amount of oil , high amount of oil, high temp , low temp , everything basically all combination of temp and oil and the food just sticks real bad ,I have also tried proper seasoning of vessel with oil still it sucks . I dont know if the quality of anodization process is bad or all anodized product is bad , i doubt its the former . When food stick u cant try to use force and scrap off the residue like u can in any other steel or aluminium as it will damage the product so u have no options other than to wash it and try again . Just in case u have batches of dosa ,uttapam or parantha then forget about it you just cant make one and wash it and make another . I have been trying to use this product for last 4 months seeing all possible resource on how to cook properly on anodized pan . but I give up now , Its an utter waste of money. I was fooled by people giving positive review. Its better u spend money on a non stick pan , as if u look at it the amount of care u require is almost equivalent , But non stick works as it should.

Disadvantages

If you are looking for a non sticky frying pan for frying things and for making subjies. I would suggest you to not choose this item. Everything gets stuck to this pan and you will have to use a lot of oil which actually defeats the purpose of buying this non stick pan. I went by the reviews and bought this item, realised that it was the biggest mistake.

Advantages

Have been using the product for 2 months now. Good product, sturdy, easy to clean and since it's not non-stick, its metal spoon friendly. Only one suggestion: Keep a glass lid instead of a steel lid

Disadvantages

It looks good. Period. Every morning, when i tried frying an egg, the result was disastrous. In spite of putting a lot of oil, the egg got stuck badly to the surface. Something really needs to be done. For me, it's an absolutely waste of money!

Advantages

Its a small, easy to go fry pan. Good for reheating, frying of little quantities. Not tried to make egg yet. But if egg comes out well, then this is an easy option for a single or double omelette.. since it is not nonstick , food will stick to bottom. But not hard to remove. Have to be careful not to overheat as it gets heated up faster. Best one for bachelors
