The product looks good. Silicon grips are a convenient addition. It's not as heavy as my other steel pans. The instructions state it's only steel coated. Maybe that's why it's lightweight and also not dishwasher safe. Also, the booklet mentioned we cannot use metal spoons. What's the point of a steel kadai! So this one is not for me.

Very very nice product. I cooked 1 cup raw rice it cooked perfectly without any sticking I liked the product I took 1.5 ltr but we can cook 1 1/4 cup of raw rice only in that vessel
