I bought this and after 15 days of use one of the product got damaged, i tried reaching out to amazon and sellers to replace the same but no luck and for last 5 months i have been in touch with vinod cookware service guys and they initially said it will be done but then they took time to revert and after rigorous follow ups they shared a list of process for replacement where i first have to dispatch my product to them at Mumbai office then they will conduct an audit for the same after which they will decide whether it can be replaced or not

Pros:1. Very sturdy.2. Good quality steel.3. Matt insides.4. Non heating insulated handles.Cons:1. Kadai and pan to be a bit smaller than what we see in the images.2. Easily heats up and burns the food. Had to always cook in simmer flame. Good to cook liquid foods like gravy, soups, chutneys, curry and stir fries sometimes. Not good to use this for frying.Overall an average and reasonable combo. I still use the irrespective of the over heating. You will get a hand of it once you start using them.

I have been using Vinod product since 6 years. It's been great and still looks new. I started doubting whether to buy these after reading the reviews. However I went ahead and still got it.. Its beautiful and smooth. Just one trick for hassle free cooking; cook it on low to medium heat... Preferably low.Go for it.... I have attached pictures to prove my claim. Hope this helps. I had purchased this set of vessels to be used on glass topped induction cook top. I used the vessels for about 2 months and the sauce pot developed a bulge on its base and is no more usable. The saucepan also has minor bulges appearing in its base. I posted a query on Amazon asking for warranty related contacts but didnt receive any response. Then I wrote to the Vinod cookware customer service and havent received a response for more than 15 days!!
