I have it’s bigger brother as well - the 26cm sauce pan. What I wrote there also applies here. Excellent product. Meat and fish searing is great. Maintains even heating. Quite enjoying cooking on it. Also used it for some Indian dishes and it comes out well. If you know how to cook on stainless steel then you will find this to be non stick as well.

After a lot of research I bought this product and I am really happy with this purchase. After using this for more than a week, here is my two cents:1. Sturdy and very good quality product2. Easy to clean - soak it like any other utensil and it can be easily wiped off3. I have made the following so far:- Omelette( sticks a lot even with good amount of oil)- aloo methi( completely stuck to the pan)- Taroi( no sticking)- Pasta with shrimps(no sticking to the pan)I have noticed, using onion does make a lot of difference to sticking.Little Tip to avoid sticking: Heat the pan on high heat, sprinkle few drops of water, one or two big lump formation means its perfectly hot, multiple lump formation means too hot. On right temp put the oil, keep it for 5seconds and then start cooking. Other than this, using onions does make a difference somehow.

The Amazon product details mention that the fry pan comes with a stainless steel lid. However the item doesn’t come with lid as it is not mentioned on the original box. The code of item as per box is BG-9947. This aspect must be made clear by sellers in advertisement.

The pan is really sturdy and feels bulky in a good way, the rimmed edges really makes the life easy as it is simple to pour, the stainless steel is shiny and beautiful but takes a bit to maintain it. Great heat distribution overall a great frying pan

In amazon the pictures of interior surface is mirror/glossy finish but the fry pan I received was matte finish. However, the product is good but very expensive.
