Delivered product was of low quality. There was a crack on the outer body that seems to have glued with quickfix. The steel lids had scratch marks on it as if it was scrubbed for washing. Seriously doubt if it is a second hand product.The steel containers are small and is not leak proof. Heat is retained for around 2 hrs

This one is fine, made with good steel.looks nice.One thing though: in some milton plastic tiffin versions, the steel containers have steel cover which can be vaccum packed with a slidable plastic lid attached in the steel cap.This tiffin is missing that.it is simple old design with steel plates as lids.But does not make it less elegant.even semi liquids can be carried well if tiffin kept horizontal and not shaken vigorously

It is not as same as shown in the picture because the containers do not have the steam button , it is just like a normal tiffin and keeps food lukewarm only for 2 or 2.5 hours. There is nothing like thermosteel or something like that. The containers are not leakproof , the product is not a good one, not expected from milton.
