Purchased lots of items through Amazon in last 5years but this was the worst deal. First time received the item without the power chord. On registering complaint the item was replaced with a new one within few days. This lunchbox stopped working in 12 days. Cracks developed in the base inside the lunchbox and the heating element became faulty. Milton service centre denied to provide any benefit of the warranty. So I had no other option but to agree to get the heating coil replaced on chargeable basis.I do not recommend the item.

Quite happy with the product. Its a good improvisation on the older electric tiffin. Allows to detach electric cord and hence is easy to clean. The containers are of good quality steel. Quick heating. Recommended for office use.
