The auto cutoff in 30 minutes is good but it i have observed that it did not cutoff even after 40 minutes so I switched it off to avoid over heating. I think they are using thermostat for cutoff. Instead they should have used a timer. Now I will have to use a timer plug to cut it off exactly after 30 minutes

The tiffin is good. My basic requirement was a little warmer food & it does the job. Plug in for 30-45 mins & let it stay unplugged for a while . The food will be considerably hotter. Overall, I am satisfied. P.S do not expect very hot . All It does is warm .

Food does remain hot. Though we haven't yet tried to heat the foodstuffs using that wire.. But tiffin is not that sturdy as compared to other milton tiffins as thick gravy dishes too get spilt while carring it for office.

Product is good but the carriers are not air tight, licks everytime I carry liquid or semi liquid like foods. You can only carry dry or semi dry (with less oil) in it to avoid messing inside.
