Disadvantages

First of all I believed that it's a product of milton, so product would be nice.When I received the product it looked nice but I was wondering after exploring the product that how it will going to work because it is completely plastic or pu from outside to inside and only the inside tiffins to keep food are stainless steel.And when I took the trial my doubt was right. It is not working how it should be, The food is not getting heated up, only outer plastic body is getting so hot that you can't even touch it. As written on box I kept the tiifin to heat for 30 minutes but no result, then I did again for 15 mins but same problem.Please you first check and then take.

My Tiffin box is not heating, Since last two month I am in contact with Milton but not even any Customer care attend phone and no response on wats app. Please do not buy it else you will suffer. It is my genuine suggestion to all.

It says that its a Electronic tiffin box, but surprisingly when we opened the box, we were searching for the cable, to check how it works, but there was no wire..this was an item, which I had gifted to my brother.. but felt so embarrased after this experience.

In Winter ( even at minus 15 degree) it will help to heat up the food nicely . You can't pack gravy curry in it , because it will leak. May be because of heating system , company intentonaly done that. Other wise it is very good.

Food does remain hot. Though we haven't yet tried to heat the foodstuffs using that wire.. But tiffin is not that sturdy as compared to other milton tiffins as thick gravy dishes too get spilt while carring it for office.
