Product is good but the carriers are not air tight, licks everytime I carry liquid or semi liquid like foods. You can only carry dry or semi dry (with less oil) in it to avoid messing inside.

Item isn't too efficient to be worth for expensive price. Its workmanship is inferior. Thermostatic switch seldom operates. Food stored should be hot so as to regain temp in short time when reqd. Duration of 30 min for heating the food is sufficient then only if the temp at the time of storage was adequately high. Even containers therein are found defective.
