Outer body is heavy and robust....capacity of containers is good . But it can not make food warm in 30min as described...although outer body becomes hot but inner containers achieve temperature upto 38-40°C in 30min . Also socket for connecting will be loose with the passage of time....quality of inner steel containers should be improved...topmost bowl is the warmest ( 40°C )after heating.

It heats food to a decent temperature in about 30 minutes as advertised. Also, the upper containers seem to be heating faster than the lower ones. But there seems to be a problem with the auto-cut feature. I plugged it in for a little over 35 minutes during which time even the outside plastic box had started to become warm, but the circuit did not automatically cut off. Also, the containers are not leak-proof and the box must be kept in a near-straight orientation all the time. The customer service is non-responsive.

I work in large Campus. Just reaching Cafeteria to warm lunch is a 15 mins task. It use to take 45 mins, just for lunch. Now this lunchbox has made life easy. Just turn on lunchbox 10-15 mins prior, and food is nicely warm, that can be eaten at desk or breakout area.

I'm reviewing after using it for 2 1/2 years. It worked very well but has now packed up (not reparable). So poor value for money. Also it is not leak proof. If it tips over in your car, gravy will leak into the outer container (very difficult to clean) and if not straightened soon, will also seep out onto your car seat/carpet. The 2 1/2 year life is the deal breaker.
