Quality: good Size: very small, can be used as lunch box for people who are on diet watch. Can't be used for warming large quantity of food in microwave because of smalll size. I don't know what is sizing standard for such products, but 400 ml seems to be not accurate for this size of ball if sizing is based on amount of liquid volume it can hold. I put 200 ml full glass of water in it and it was filled till brim. Also, 13.5 cm is outside diameter of its top lip which I felt is kind of deceiving as given with product pics. The real inside diameter is 11 cm and height of lower inside base to top surface of the lip is 3.5 cm. If this 400 ml size is accurate with above mentioned dimensions (11 cm dia and 3.5 cm height) by some weired glass pot industry standard, then go for it. But if you want a bigger pot to warm at once your food microwave for family of 2 to 4 people (say biryani) , then go for more than 1000 ml size .
