The product delivered was not working.After 10 days of usage it is not working.now the return window was closed.seems we are delivered with defective or used product.please dont buy the product as it was not keeping hot water atleast for 4hrs but the product has mentioned as 24hrs hot or cold.we have brought the product to keep hot water for our infant's formula milk preparing, but now it was not working.waste of money,the seller cheated us.

Bottle can not keep water cool. It's like just cheap plastic bottle in which you can only store bottle. You can not carry this bottle with you.There is no use of this bottle in atleast 2 hr traveling.

The product doesn't hold liquid hot/cold even for 2hrs. The company is not willing to accept the claim. Useless product as well as company.When contacted with the company, the reason told was the dent in the picture, for not maintaining the water tempered. So much for not accepting the claim. Cello is off my purchase list forever.
