First I used sample pack of 100 ml and product quality was very good but when I ordered 700 ml Pack. very poor quality inside. soap Concentration is just like water & poor quality of washing. feeling like water filled & old bottle & Packed again. worst experience with this purchase. Manufacturer should review their product. this is not acceptable.

The package of this item is sturdy but this does not have a Cap mouth just like any handwash packaging. If the refill pack left some product after refill, there is no option to close it or cap it. It will spill easily. Next time the packaging should be improved with Cap on mouth.
