Disadvantages

Very disappointing bottle from avent. It leaks from the sides as well as from the top edges when feeding. Such a bad product from philips. And there is no option to return too. I think philips had lost the brand name and the products are not up to the mark and over priced. This is a dissapointment to all those parents who are ready to even shell out more pricy products like this believing that the quality will be top notch. But it is the other way. A simple product testing would have revealed the fact that this model had leakage issues. This shows the extent of quality checks and attention from philips and it is no way pointing towards retaining or attracting customers. I will never ever order philips products again as this has caused a bad dent in my trust and I don't want to take any risks in baby products like this. SHAME ON YOU PHILIPS.

The bottle had leakage issues from the time of delivery. Both the bottles had the same issue, just more or less.

My daughter was just refusing to take.any bottle because she was a breastfed baby from the beginning. She is 10 months old now and I struggled a lot after the 7th month when I wanted to start giving her formula milk. She started taking it but was frustrated in between and given up the bottle completely. Plus she was teething so I was finding breastfeeding very difficult and painful. I did my research and found the information about avent feeding bottles. And trust me it's a big relieve for me coz all you want is your baby to be eating well and healthy. Advantages

I found that the baby was quite happy when she drinks from this bottle. I can clearly see the difference between a regular bottle and this one while the baby drank. This one is more doesnt push more milk than the regular one.

There is Philips Avent Natural 2.0. Both same size, same hole size. I wasn't sure which one to buy, so I bought both. And I would prefer that one over this.

Philips Avent - no issues with quality of the product.It has hard nipple compared to Philips Avent natural bottle.My baby avoids feeding with this bottle.First buy a single bottle and try it.This bottle is can used with Philips natural nipple provided you have the rings from Philips Natural bottle.Only bottle is cross compatible but not nipples without proper rings.

Its easy to use and clean it because of its wide opening. The anti colic thing does work and the air bubbles disappear for the nipple of the bottle itself instead of surfacing in the milk contained in the bottle. Again can help toan extent form colic but cant prevent it completely. New parents ensure you burp the baby thoroughly after each feedback (20-25mins) as it will help in bringing down the colic issue.
