The bottle cap had severe dents. Had ordered from Cloudtail thinking they would have undamaged new products from the brand Milton itself. It wasn't so. I had to gift it to someone, and this was very inconvenient.The rest of the bottle was in good shape and does what it claims, keeping the hot beverage hot. The bottle comes with a carrier bag so it's good for traveling.The dents on the bottle and caps can be looked into by the brand as there are other reviews stating the same problem.

Really good product as it doesn't much change the temperature of the liquid inside even after approx 18-20hrs. Easy to use, leak proof, easier for traveling with its pouch though it is quite bulky compared to regular water bottle. Price is comparitively at little higher side.
