Milton Thermosteel Flask is worth the price . The product is working fine and water is remaining hot even longer than the time mentioned! Delivery was not very prompt but not too late either. But I never received any invoice from Amazon.com . Although I was informed (only after I repeatedly ask) by mail from Amazon that the dealer will sent a soft copy of invoice but so far I haven't received anything. So for those invoice is an issue they better check again with Amazon.

This is a good flask. Thermosteel flasks don't break if dropped. The tic-tock lid is a god send as we don't have to open it always to pour. It also helps preserve heat.This flask easily keeps cold water in same temperature for 12 hours then it slowly starts getting a little warmer. That is more than enough for me and a lot better than glass flasks. Hot items are also preserved with same temperature for at least 10 hours.

Over all great product. The only unfortunate things was after opening the box I found a dent on the steel cap of flask but i ignored it as the inside part was all good. The flask is keeping the water warm enough for 24 hours. Satisfied with the product irrespective of the damaged steel cap. Amazon team should keep a close eye on the type of product they are supplying for a trusted customer satisfaction.

Again very good quality product from Milton. It arrived in perfect condition and product was same as shown here. We recently took a 16 hr train journey where this thermas got tested and I must say it performed really well. After the end of our journey the water was still hot enough to make tea!

I am certainly changing my review and rating for this flask, earlier I said it is worth for having while traveling, because milk for kids remain hot ever after 10 - 12 hours. however now after using 2 - 3 times in long travel I got to know that milk gets rancid milk (fata hua doodh) after 4 - 5 hours with terrible smell. if you are planning a short trip which for 3 to 4 hours then it would be fair deal otherwise use plastic Thermos instead of Flask specially for Milk. For hot and cold water this flask is amazing and real value for money. But unfortunately not for milk. Giving 3 star just because of that drawback.

Extremely good product... kept water cold even after 24 hours kept in the car in hot Indian summer weather.... has a steel double wall body with plastic cap ( to prevent water leakage) and an external plastic lined steel cap which also serves as a cup.

I bought this from Amazon almost a year ago, and its still working great. The logo washed away from the steel front, and I got a bump in steel once or twice when I dropped it, and its still pretty awesome. Hot water remains hot for 12-18 hours minimum, depending on how frequently I open it at intervals. Its a bit heavy, so not ideal as travel companion, but I'd get a smaller one by Milton for that purpose. For under 800, this is an outstanding product.
