Delivers more than it promises. It guarantees to keep liquids hot or cold for 24hrs. Have tried only for hot water while travelling with a baby & the water was boiling hot for the first 10-12 hours,as if just out of stove. And it was lukewarm even after 48hrs. I had expected the Milton Thermosteel Flask (1000 ml) to have a click-open lid with a smaller dia mouth, where as the one delivered is a large mouth Flask with normal lid. A Flask with click-open lid is very convenient to use while one is travelling in a car. That way I am a bit disappointed. Otherwise, the item is OK.

Product quality is very good. It keeps the temperature locked for quite a long time. To test it, I put boiling water in it and opened it aftet 15 hours. It's body was cool but the water inside it was still very much hot.
