I ordered this product 3 time because of personal reasons. At the first time, cap wasn't fitting properly and was slightly out of the rim. Second time, product has a dent at the bottom of flask and third time it had slight smell of green tea so someone must have used it that got delivered to me. I had to accept the product delivered because same day I was traveling to some other place so couldn't return it. Experience was not good hence rated accordingly. But product is good if you are seeking a flask to keep your green tea or coffee warm for next 4 to 5 hours so that you can enjoy hot drink while traveling.

I was unsure what to expect when I saw the product, but I was not disappointed one bit when I used it. This keeps liquids hot to warm for 6-7 hours even in an airconditioned room. The body of the flask remains cool, irrespective of the temperature of the liquid inside. It is also leak proof and is rather easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this product. It is also easy to carry around and can be easily slid into the side pockets of a backpack.

cleaning is bit of a problem(though the mouth is wide open) if food sticks to inner surface & there's no bottle brush to scrub. Alternatively can use spatula/long spoon with scrubber to clean. Heat does escape from cap the small compartment in the lid might not be really useful except for keeping tablets/small biscuits/candies/sugar.

Looks good,build quality good...but heat doesn't stay for more than 6 hrs.Been using other models of Milton flasks.Only in this model do i find hot water doesn't stay for more than 6 hours.

The product is pretty good .you can use it for water ,milk ,juice or any other liquid .i use it for milk.it keeps the milk hot for 6 hours(not tried keeping after that) .You also have a small space which can be used for sashes of coffee or sugar cube .The only problem I came across with this flask is that it's not easy to wash specially when u use it for milk or thick liquid .u have to use a bottle cleaner .If you are looking for a small , insulated , light weighted flask you should go for it .
