I brought this when i was travelling in train and had bad cold and fever. So, yeah it does the job but few things i wanna update about this product1. If you flip the bottel or keep it in wrong position water will come out and get stored in the tap and when you will open the tap it will come out. Hence its not leak proof if you are not keeping the bottle in right position2. It keeps water hot for max 12-15hrs not more than that.3. Wash it daily then use it else it will smell bad and taste will be also bad.

1) First time recieved a used and damaged product gave it for replacement2) received replacement in good condition, product stand for what is said .3) points to remember, seee the box is in new condition not damaged, bottle should be in bubble wrap , inside bottle should be dry no water marks , no scratches should be there on bottles
