Hopelessly bad product. The thermo seal is not even capable of keeping water hot or cold for even 2 hours. And the so called Refund process of Silkrute.in is further hopeless. It is my second experience of refund pick up failure and refund not processed. The hired courier services are not that responsive specifically nila baan.. ??
