It's cup is good bt it's quality need to b more improved otherwise it won't sustain much and also get dirty easily !! It will be more comfortable to wash if provided with brush to clean inside!!

Product accha h, acche se temperature maintain rehta hai at least for 12 or more hours. Design bhi accha h, cup as a bottle cap. Jab bhi zarurat pde cup m tea, water le sakte hain. But the only issue is packaging bekaar thi, kaisi bhi Amazon packaging m nhi tha, bas ek bill chipkaya hua tha bottle cardboard pr or likha hua tha ki environment friendly banane k liye kisi bhi packaging ka istemaal nhi Kiya gya hai, or saath m bottle ka cardboard bhi seal packed nhi tha. I mean saaf saaf pta chale ki kya mngaya gya hai. Product chahe kuch bhi mangaya gya ho, packaging m hona chahiye. Iss tarah toh sabko PTA chalega ki mangaya kya hai Jo koi bhi saamne hoga or agar koi personal cheez mangayi jaaye tab kya?? Packaging ka hona zaruri hai.
