I am a regular user for milton thermosteel products. This one did not retain hot water even for 2 hours. I asked for a replacement but received a damaged product as replacement. Disappointed.

Heat retention is 0, I mean is it really a thermoflask bottle. What a JOKE. As per the brand name, I trusted it and discarded the box of it. Even after preheating, I can feel that the body gets hotter, So It doesn't really retain hotness or coldness of substance filled in.JUST SKIP THIS STUPID PRODUCT

I usually write after using the product for sometime. Otherwise it will be like a wrong advice. We have been using this flask regularly for four months now. So far it has delivered to match its brand. Usually tea stay hot for 6 hours in an AC room. The taste of tea doesn't change as much it does in a glass flask. No leakage or handling issues. For us it was a right choice.
