Writing this review after using this flask for three months. It worked fine for the first 2.5 months after which it's now unable to maintain temperature of liquid stored in it for more than an hour. I've written to Milton customer support on email more than two weeks back and still haven't received any reply apart from the automated acknowledgement. Its also impossible to get through to another on their toll free number. Despite repeated reminder emails, no one has bothered to reply yet. I can understand if the product has an issue, but non existent customer support is inexcusable. Better to try a different brand.I had the same issue with two other Milton flasks that I had purchased last year. In that case, the customer support team responded and got it replaced, however considering this is the third time im facing the same issue, it looks like it's a product defect, and this time around, the company doesn't seem interested in sorting out issues.
