The screen of smart phone never worked. Made a request for return within the stiputed return period. Amazon Web site never uploaded the piks and no response from the after sales support of the vendor who agreed to replace or repair the defective item and even charged Rs300 as courier n pickup charges. But no follow up action or response despite many reminders.
