It's sure Milton and it's surely copper. But it's leaky no matter how tight you close the lid it's gonna leak. Also if you travelling to work or something with this in your bag it will leak. Just a heads up as my bag got fully spilled and screwed some of the stuff inside. Go for the quality of copper but be ready for squeaky and leaky bottle lid.Also since it's copper the threads on the lid don't fit in correctly most of the time, hence the squeaky sound.
