I don't know whether this problem is with everyone but temperature of water inside the bottle comes to room temperature within 2 hours. I have another old thermosteel bottle and it easily retains the water temperature for 12+ hours. Since the return window is closed i have no option but to keep this defective bottle. Seriously i expected better QC from milton
