We liked the product very much as the idea of having a school water bottle in stainless steel with plastic encasing with colourful graphics was very good. The child can carry tepid/ lukewarm water to school as they sit in Ac class/ during monsoons, winters etc. This was the most affordable product when we searched on Amazon. but, it is not durable. The bottle broke at a single drop by kid, and this is very common as kids tend to handle the objects like this... We searched for the replacement of the bottle cap too as it too broke at the drop, but then it is not available online or offline in the markets. We are forced to buy new bottle instead in markets. Is there any Cello store or dealer who will help us with the bottle cap replacement or repair of the bottle?
