The bottle looks and feels fine. However the twist cap gets stuck almost always and it's hard to open the bottles for refill or cleaning. Tried other pieces thinking it might be an issue with one/two pieces, but all have similar issue. Doesn't matter if you are using for cold/ normal water. Now no one is using the bottle at home. Waste of money.
