I use it at work and at home.. it most definitely increased my water intake from 250 to 300ml to upto 3 to 3.5 litres a day.. i use to at times barely sip water at work and at home .... very rarely even while consuming medications.. since the time i have got this bottle i make it a point to carry it with me and place it in my line of sight.. it encourages me to keep upto my target and if i miss my slot i feel convicted and immediately chuggle down a few sips to reach the mark..

1. This bottle is very good, attractive, smart and it encourages me to drink water 4 litres everyday. 2. Before I get this bottle, I usually drink less than 1.5 ltr only. It started to develop a chest buring sensation recently and I knew it was because of my lack of drinking water. 3.After I purchased this bottle, I drink my daily recommended water intake amd now I don't have any issues. 4. I have been using for over a month now. It is good sipper post workout. But it is overpriced and I getthe plastic smell out of bottle even after thorough cleaning. It is a regular bottle added with levels.

Bought this a few days earlier and wasn't sure how it turns out. Most important factor about this bottle is the sturdiness and unbreakable concept. It totally justifies the cost. Secondly, the marker on the bottle is a great motivation to complete the daily water intake. While I have been trying to use a chunk load of apps to imporve the water intake but nothing beats a bottle sitting right in front of you waiting to get finished.

So I bought this again because my sibling stole mine becauseshe loves it that much. . And that should tell you how much I loved it. It was sturdy, looked great, easy to carry and durable. It has a filter that I just loved. The new one I got is blue and it now has these demarcations for time which I'm very excited about. I have always wanted that and I'm glad I get it with a brand I absolutely love. Buying this for the second time and loving it. ??

It looks as cute as it was shown in the description. It even has levels of water intake printed on it with some text to encourage us to drink more water I like this concept of encouragement. The main thing is the bottle is made of silicone is so many times better than plastic health-wise as well as ocean-friendly. Unlike plastic, this can be used in oven also. locking and unlocking the sip is also quite simple and amusing at times. overall am very much satisfied with the bottle.
