Pathetic experience with this bottle and Silkrute customer service team! It’s clearly mentioned that even though it’s a non-returnable product, we can reach out to the customer service team if there’s any defect. We reached out and they didn’t come up with any solution. Kept on saying that this is a non-returnable product, we can’t do anything about it. So disappointed!
