The glasses are plane and nice. Please note that the glasses are very normal just like the beaker used in chemistry lab without any design but they are decent and works as specified. I bought them to use in microwave and they are perfect. Packaging was OK and it's good luck that I got all of them perfect. You can buy them.

While the product boasts to be a great quality. Which claims to be Heat Resistant, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, or dishwasher safe etc seems to be blatant lie. The glass could not even withstand cold fridge water and cracked off immediately as i poured. Don't waste your money. Thought Borosil products are of good quality, but i feel this is made of some cheap quality glass or unsure if its a fake item. I am returning & going for a refund. Imagine the glass cracks in hands of your guests being served a chilled a chilled water melon juice.
