Loved the Mugs... They look classy and sturdy... A bit heavy, but that's okay... I ordered 12pcs... But 2 came in broken the packaging was not that great... However they got replaced.. but the seller must pack it diligently to avoid breakages as it's a loss to them and ultimately gets added to the cost of the product itself which is passed onto the customer... Pls improve the packaging... That was really of a very poor quality.. the movers and packers pack better stuff, therefore decreasing one star.

When I opened the Silkrute box with this range I was expecting a nice good box packaging of glasses .. however those came as wrapped with cushion n paper. Looked like little cheap way of delivering the product. Other wise the mugs are of good quality ..
