Disadvantages

Where to start ? First of all the lid is a little difficult to close and remains loose due to the silicon gasket.Yesterday after being used for less than a month this thing blasted spewing hot water and uncooked dal all over my kitchen. Luckily I or anyone from my family was not around the cooktop which averted any casualty.I reached out to Amazon Customer Service team and the girl I spoke to had no empathy or was at all interested to hear me out and bluntly blurted that the return window is now expired and please reach lut to manufacturer. No contact information shared or attempt to find a solution to an actual problem. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience.
