It is great for face. Doesnt cause breakouts or redness. I get acne very easily butbthis oil doesnt harm my skin at all. I have bought 6 bottles so far, for myself and my mother. I apply it at night and wake up to supple skin. Also, LOVE the fragrance of kesar.

The oil is moisturising but havent seen any remarkable improvement in skin texture and pigment reduction in the 3 weeks of use as an after bath oil. The scent is nice. The price point is definitely attractive. It will stain clothes if you are in a hurry and cant wait for the oil to be absorbed. Use very sparingly for faster, easier absorption. So a little goes a long way. I plan switching to this instead of a moisturising cream / lotion as a natural ingredients based option. It isnt performing worse than a regular moisturiser in the market. The con is the time needed for absorption.For all the claims made by Ayurvedic texts for kumkumadi tailam, this version from this brand falls short. Perhaps 3 weeks isnt long enough; will update the review later if I see tangible results. I definitely plan to reorder.
