Toss veggies and seafood with a light soya and this sauce, add some sesame oil for finish. Will not be buying again due to high levels of chemicals (required to preserve oyster extract), will be looking for vegan alternatives even though they use more salt/MSG.Flavour is very good though. Made Singapore noodles (which is basically Indian style noodles) with this, and the taste is excellent. Will miss it when it runs out.
