The external package is not damaged or tampered but the inner package containing the Oats has a small opening on the letter R (Rolled Oats) which looks like a snip by a rodent and the contents are spilling out through this hole. Now the question is whether it is fit for human consumption and it can't be returned also as per Amazon non-return policy.

I've been buying this particular brand of oats since last 2 years. But I've noticed a significant drop in quality of oats since the past few months. Can't pinpoint how many months ago but there's been a really huge difference. It does not taste like rolled oats. The consistency while made into a porridge is not same as before either. When you have the option of serving a really good product why are you giving us something of low quality?
