I am writing to you today to express my disappointment with the wall clock that I recently purchased from your company. I bought the clock, , with the expectation that it would have a silent Japanese sweep function, but unfortunately, the clock is not living up to its advertised features. When the room is quiet, I can hear a noticeable tik-tik noise coming from the clock, which is clearly irritating and defeats the purpose of having a silent sweep function. I have confirmed that the noise is coming from the clock itself by opening the back cover, and I have concluded that the build quality of the clock is poor.

Bought two of such clocks, one of which was broken and seconds needle was stuck, thought will repair by opening a few screws to know how bad the quality is. Very disappointed.
