The product was ordered on July 20th and delivered on 6th August. They kept postponing the delivery date and now that I want to return it after seeing the product its showing the return date expired on 5th August. When the product itself was delivered on 6th August how can I return the product which was delivered and seen only on 6th August.

Disadvantages

Its been more than a week and the return pick up person has not yet come to take it back!!!!This is a very very poor quality item and received it with the bottom glass broken although the outside packaging was intact and fine. The white paint has chipped off on few places and the joints of the rods are so shabby and extremely bad quality work. I would not recommend this to anyone and suggest Silkrute not to sell such low grade products.
