As beautiful as it looks, it doesn't serve the purpose of lighting incense sticks.- Only small size Incense sticks can be used.- The incense sticks do not stand at 90 degree and so when the cover is put, the stick would bump with the cover and die off.- Also the stand has to be kept in a plate or tray, because the ash would keep spreading around- This can be used for Dhoop though.- To solve this I have put a clay at the bottom to make the incense sticks stand at 90 degree

Disadvantages

The agarbatti holder base has very shallow holes and the sticks won't stay straight. As a result, the burning ends touch the surrounding case and stop working. The product is very pretty looking, craftsmanship is superb. But it is useless. All the agarbattis stop burning halfway through and also the ashes fall outside the base unit when you remove the top case. Functionality of the product is poor. It can only sit in a show case.
