This Is not thick enough and it sort of completely compresses and bottoms out when we sit on it and the bone on the angle kinda pocks on the floor and it actually pains nasty.it a little too stretchyThe memory form like feel is greatyou can proceed to buy as the quality is quite on par with the price.you get such mats for like 899 on supermarkets, but for 350 its a bargain

Its not the thickest but thick enough for yoga sessions. i using it for home workout. next time ill buy the thicker one. because this won't good enough for jump excercises
